The development of Bill’s 4-part workshop series on embracing the benefits of authenticity takes the participant on an interactive journey of learning how to develop into an authentic leader by developing emotional intelligence skills, building authentic relationships and living an authentic life purpose.
These workshops optimize authentic leadership and are comprehensive in building confident impactful leaders. You don’t have to be an executive to benefit from these workshops. These workshops have been delivered to a variety of groups that have included a diversity of individuals from all walks of life. Individual perspectives on how personal authenticity is understood and expressed are also explored. These workshops were launched in 2014 and versions of the program can be customized to accommodate group and organizational needs and challenges.
Definition of Authenticity
Genuineness, legitimacy, reliability, dependability, truth, trustworthiness, accuracy, veracity, volatility. Authenticity is the degree to which you are true to your personality, spirit and character.
Embrace Your Oddity
This is a 2-day exploration workshop on self actualization: the achievement of one’s full potential through creativity, independence, spontaneity and a grasp of the real world. Together, participants will work towards understanding what it takes for them to be true to the authenticity of who they really are and the benefits that manifest. This workshop focuses on the internal awareness of our authentic self.
Embrace Your Authentic Leadership
In this leadership workshop, with the knowledge gained from the “Embrace yo
ur Oddity” workshop, participants continue to deepen the value that authenticity brings into their lives by looking at the benefits of becoming a more authentic leader. Participants will explore taking their authenticity externally while increasing their understanding of emotional intelligence and the pivotal role it plays in the success of one’s authentic external expression.                        Â
Embrace Your Authentic Relationships
In this relationship workshop, participants will build on their authentic leadership expression by focusing on how they can be more authentic in their relationships for the benefit of further enhancing their work and life experiences. Authentic expression connects to one’s overall wellbeing or happiness as learned from the emotional intelligence exploration done in the last workshop.
Embrace Your Authentic Life Purpose
In this workshop, participants come full circle with deep authentic experience. Participants move 
to sharing one’s understanding of the world through synchronicity. They will explore the opportunities that present themselves at this highest level of emotional intelligence by engaging and innovating to actualize their authentic life purpose.
